The ottoman/coffee table I was using before is exactly three inches taller than the new "table". It will be more comfortable for leg propping as well as traditional coffee table usage if it were taller. The bottom of the ottomans are made from wood and there are existing footlings all ready there, adding new feet should not be a huge task.
I am going to get the largest piece of velcro I can find and then 1)figure out how to attach the Velcro to the two ottomans, and then attach the two ottomans together to form a table.
