Near a big semi-secret U.S base, in a country that just decided to not prosecute U.S troops for war crimes. The land Shrub aquired is also right on top of a giant aquifer. Giant. Why does Shrub want almost a 100,000 acres in Paraguay? Has he run out of scrub in Crawford?
