Lets see, since I came home from work I've : Walked the dog, fed the dog, fed myself, cleaned the kitchen, cleaned the bathroom, vacuumed the dining room, the living room, the hallway and the dogs room,  changed the dogs linens ,did a load of laundry, put out the trash and recycling,  emptied and filled the dishwasher, decided what I am going to to wear to work tomorrow and cleaned out the cat box and for my reward I watched my Thursday night TV.

I was going to reward myself with a dessert food from the store but I had a protean bar instead.
