The morning after

Gordon Ramsey may be the biggest tool in the cooking world - However, he does make a very good turkey and was able to give good, clear instructions in a youtube video explaining how to make that turkey. So cheers to Mr. Ramsey.

My green beans were good, not great, I need to work on the cheeses in the sause, I need to work on getting something that melts like cheddar but isn't cheddar, something white that melts evenly and can distribute itself.  They were really good though, and tasted great.

The desserts were as advertised.

And then it wasn't Thanksgiving anymore.

So much so that.....

Things may be a little hit and miss around here this week as I get the trees up and decorated and the cards and cookies mailed.
