Shooting on New Bern Avenue

I didn't learn about this from the paper, I heard this as I was walking Rocket back from the street festival downtown Saturday afternoon. The lady I heard talking about  it had the fatality hours before the news sources released the man was dead. The paper had two wounded, it was actually two wounded one dead. I also knew one of the wounded  men was shot in the leg

The barber shop it happened at would have to expand before it would be large enough to be called "a hole in the wall". I've passed there dozens of times and didn't know there was a barber shop there. What kind a amateur bad guy would shoot up a tiny barber shop? What a scum bag.
